Holiday Hotline is a cute take on the Butterball Turkey Talk- Line ( although this wasn't sponsored by Butterball..based on the very discreet product placement, I'm going to guess Daisy Sour Cream was involved). 

Abby visits Chicago for the holidays and ends working at the Turkey Talk Line, where she ends up falling for Jack. There's a little bit of conflict over mistaken identities but of course, it all works out in the end.
