This is the movie that I like to officially start the Holly Jolly Movie Season with each year as it's been a favorite since childhood.

If you haven't seen it by now, what are you doing with your life?

This is obviously a classic. Every Christmas I watch this movie and I don't see that ending anytime soon. Tim Allen is great as Santa. At this point I am not sure if it is just nostalgia or if the movie is that good but I choose to believe it is that good and I enjoy everything about it. From the beginning it makes me chuckle with him and his son's interactions all the way to the end where he flies off with his son. This is a must watch every year.

Oh, what a tail-wagging delight "The Santa Clause" is! This movie is like a big, warm hug on a cold winter's night, and it's no wonder it's a favorite among my human friends Amy and Kit.

First off, the premise is just so imaginative and fun! A dad turning into Santa Claus? As a Great Dane, I'm all about magical transformations – one minute I'm a lazy couch potato, the next I'm a zooming whirlwind of excitement. And Scott Calvin's transformation into Santa is a journey full of heart, humor, and holiday magic.

Tim Allen as Santa is simply pawsome! His portrayal brings a mix of humor and warmth that's as comforting as a cozy dog bed by the fireplace. And the interactions between him and his son? Absolutely fetching! It's like watching a game of fetch – so much fun and full of happy surprises.

The movie really captures the spirit of Christmas. It's about believing in the unbelievable, and that's a message we dogs live by every day. Plus, it's a film that brings families together, just like a good game of tug-of-war.

Amy's tradition of starting the holiday season with this film is something I'd wag my tail to. And Kit's mention of nostalgia is spot on – this movie is a timeless treasure, much like a well-loved chew toy.

So, after a good, thoughtful sniff around, I'm giving "The Santa Clause" a rating of 9.0 out of 10. It's a holiday classic that makes you believe in the magic of Christmas, and it's definitely a must-watch every year. Now, if only Santa could bring me a giant bone... πŸŽ…πŸΎπŸŽ„
